who we need . . .

We are looking for a talented leader to oversee our quality and compliance team, policies and processes. The quality and compliance manager will report into our director of process and technology and be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management system and compliance program. what we need you to do . . .

  • Audit Planning: Develop and implement audit plans, schedules, and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of quality systems.
  • Audit Execution: Conduct audits of quality management systems, suppliers, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies/SOPs.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, non-conformances, and areas for improvement. Present audit results to management and stakeholders.
  • Corrective Actions: Collaborate with departments to develop and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance the quality management system and the audit program itself.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on quality management systems, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records, reports, and documentation.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Stay current with industry standards, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management and auditing.
  • Quality System: Contribute to the overall maintenance and improvement of the quality system by assisting ad-hoc on documentation control, Management Review Meetings, or other departmental activities.

what we want you to have . . .

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality systems management and auditing, preferably in the language industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP…)
  • Auditor Certification (ISO Lead Auditor, Certified Quality Auditor (CQA))
  • In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and experience in applying these principles to drive process improvements and operational excellence
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach, motivate and train teams
  • Good judgement, tact, and ability to work well with several business units within the organization
  • Clear, concise communication skills. Excellent listening skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic, strategic vision, and the ability to deliver results
